More About Me

Real Estate Broker

Theresa’s oldest son once quipped “Mom, why do you ask so many questions?”  Curiosity is why Theresa has always asked too many questions. Questions of her sons, her friends and her clients looking to buy or sell their first or last home.  How else do you know what brings a person joy or makes them nervous unless you ask A LOT of questions?

Theresa has successfully worked with her real estate clients as well as large public agencies to bring them what they want. She successfully managed the adoption of two Master Plans from conception to completion for the Seattle campus of the University of Washington.   Whether she was involved in negotiation with campus leadership, community members or City of Seattle staff, Theresa has always asked a lot of questions to find out what her clients considered their highest priority.  She will put her negotiation skills to work for you whether you are buying your first home or downsizing for the last time.

Theresa will make the process fun and easy to understand.  She is a consummate professional, reliable, and ready to work for you. Her communication style is open and straightforward. She will act as your advisor and consultant, bringing information to the table to help you make an informed decision about buying or selling.

Theresa moved to Seattle in 1978 and currently lives in the Rainier Beach area of Seattle with her husband Joe and corgi-mix named “Yogi”.  She is a proud grandmother to Jaxson and Noah and mother to two grown sons, Sean and Jake.  Her hobbies include gardening, woodworking, wood carving and remodeling her home and garden!
